Gotta love the BJD Life!

BJD pets have been around for a while now. Some companies even have separate sections dedicated to these tiny pets. Today we will look at a couple of the different pets out there. Don't forget to check out our BJD featured shop for the week!

BJD Pets-Are they worth it?

BJD Pets vary in size, style, and price. Sometimes BJD pets are offered as special event items so you have to act quick. They can be typical animal creatures or even made up fantastical pets. For some people they really enjoy collecting them as they are fun additions that can be displayed along side your dolls. Others may not see the worth since sometimes these pets can get pretty pricey.

BJD pets can be very affordable at times and some even come free when you reach a certain dollar threshold in purchase. Companies also create and sell pets that can be purchased separately. I have seen the prices range from $20 to $300 or more depending on the pet’s size/company.

Aileen Doll is a well known company for their dragon pets. If you are a dragon lover-Aileen Doll is a company you should check out. Just recently through Migidoll’s site you can get a baby dragon egg! The site has it priced for $35.00 USD and is 6cm in size.

When looking at these dragon babies you need to also consider what set you want. They offer different sets that will change the total price. So on top of the $35.00 you will need to pay extra if you are looking to get the display pieces like this crystal display labeled set B ($95.00 extra).

Another interesting pet is Gem of Doll’s baby Tulu. Yes- it is a baby Cthulhu. This charming fantasy creature comes in at 16mm and has jointed parts. It is currently on sale on Alice’s Collection for %20 off.

Island doll which is a company well known for resin color variety has a few pets too! You can get the catorable Lenore who stands at 12cm with jointed arms and legs. A very sweet cat doll that can easily travel with you and utilize all the cute tiny furniture and props that are out there in the doll house realm.

Do you think axolotls are cute? Fatemoons through Legend Doll has a axolotl pet named Puu that you are going to want for your own! This cutie is 14cm long and has tons of moveable parts! The other images are just way to stinking cute! I would love to see someone make a little tank for this guy to display!
